Cancelled: Dancing with the Aramaic Jesus: The Lord’s Prayer, Toronto, ON, Jan 21, 2012
Qahira reports that, "Sadly, we have had to cancel the Aramaic Lord's Prayer workshop. Jalila, our workshop leader, was injured in a skiing accident last week and will therefore not be able to lead us. Your prayers for her speedy recovery are most welcome. Since she lives on a farm, which takes her full-time attention from early spring maple syrup production through fall harvest, she isn't available to return to Toronto until next winter."
Toronto Zira'at Lodge - Winter 2011 (Jan 4, 2012)
Zira'at was the last of the five concentrations inspired and created by Hazrat Inayat Khan. It utilizes a ceremony based on the symbology of farming, to represent the unity between the inner work of spiritual realization and stewardship and reverence for life. Its teachings pertain to the purification and training of the mind, the balance of the two aspects of breath, jelal (masculine) and jemal (feminine) and the honoring of the elements.

Study Circles Introductory Meeting - Toronto, Sep 18, 2011
The date has been set for the next Study Circles introductory meeting, on Sunday, September 18, 2011. The Study Circles are intensive courses in the Sufi teachings of Hazrat Inayat Khan and run for one year, each with its own class, but share an introductory meeting at the start.
